Everplaces: Remember The Places You’ve Been And The Places You’ll Go

If you have bookmarks for your favourite websites, it only makes sense that you have bookmarks for your favourite places. Even better, it makes sense to have a list of places you want to go to in the future, right? Everplaces does just that.

What does it do?

Everplaces is an elegantly designed app that you use to remember places you’re at and the places you want to go to. Think of it as a to-do list for places to go to. Hear about a fancy restaurant you want to try? Put it in Everplaces, and the next time you’re looking for something to eat you’ll see it right there. Saw a new bar? Add it in so you know where to get drunk next.

Why do we like it?

The idea is simple and useful, I’ve been sorta, kinda using Yelp bookmarks for the same thing, but whenever I jump into Yelp, my initial instinct isn’t to see the places I’ve logged but rather find new places. Which means I forget about all the places I want to go to over and over again. The problem is that with Everplaces, there isn’t a big database on places built into the app (unlike Yelp). Still, keeping your wishlist of places to go in app form is definitely a cool idea.

The Best: Organised!
The Worst: You have to set own places
