How To Make A Bunch Of Roses Using Duct Tape

In this hatefully commercial world we live in, nothing says “I love you” on Valentine’s Day like a bunch of red roses. But if you can’t locate a florist, or your partner has a sense of humour, why not try making a bunch using duct tape instead?

Over at Instructables, there’s a great step-by-step guide that shows you how to make beautiful roses out of stuff you probably have lying around the house. In fact, all you need is:

Red duct tape (about 3-4 feet per rose)

Green duct tape (about 2-3 feet per rose)

Red marker

Green marker

Floral wire (or other stiff wire) (about 10 feet)

And the best part is they never die, so if you’re so inclined you can reuse them next year. Let me know how your partner likes that. [Instructables]
