Sure, it’s an ad for a Portland-based restaurant called Bamboo Sushi, but instead of promoting the establishment, it uses beautifully filmed hand-crafted miniatures to bring attention to the issues with current fishing practices that are damaging the world’s fish stocks.
In fact, instead of picking up the phone and ordering sushi, Vincent Peone’s video makes me want to hop aboard Greenpeace’s ship and battle those massive illegal fishing trawlers that are apparently stripping the ocean bare.
