Watch An Artist Recreate Paintings Without Lifting His Pen

This blows my mind. There is brain juice flowing out of my ears. Chan Hwee Chong, an artist, only needs one pen to create beautiful pieces of art. On top of that, Chong never even lifts the pen from the paper. It’s all done in one stroke.

His method is creative, he starts from the middle point of the canvas and draws circles around and around, smartly adjusting the space between the lines to recreate the famous paintings. Chong has drawn The Girl with a Pearl Earring, Van Gogh’s Self Portrait and the Mona Lisa. All with the Faber Castell Artist Pen (which I’m going to immediately buy) and all in one stroke. I couldn’t do this with an infinite amount of time and tools.
