Buried deeply in their Trusted Friends program announcement, Facebook let slide that a staggering 600,000 user accounts are compromised daily — a whopping 18 million every month — hence the new program. These numbers were garnered from FB’s report that 0.06 per cent of 1 billion logins per day are not done by the actual account holder.
