This isn't a huge surprise — I guessed as much in my post on it this morning — but the word coming out of the hearing between Apple and Samsung is that Samsung's agreed to hold off on launching the Galaxy Tab 10.1 until at least next week. ITNews notes that the judge in the case isn't inclined to issue a summary judgement in the case due to the complexity of the patents involved, but instead sought an interlocutory judgement on Samsung's ability to sell the tablet. Samsung's lead barrister David Catterns SC agreed to carry on the undertaking not to launch the Galaxy Tab 10.1 into next week, pending the interlocutory judgement.
No; I don't really speak lawyer either. Short form: No Galaxy Tab 10.1 until next week at the very earliest. [ITNews]
