Twitter users will soon be able to see the pics they’ve tweeted and forgotten about in one place. Twitter’s new “user galleries” will aggregate said pics you’ve tweeted — via Instagram or otherwise — and put them front and centre.
The new galleries can be found on a user’s profile page, and can be seen in “grid view”, with everything in thumbnail form, or “detail view” where you’ll see the tweet the pic was attached to. The service is limited, though. It doesn’t aggregate video, or let you see the pics you took before January 1, 2010. Which, for me, means it’ll be 90 per cent Instagram pics. But even a computer client for Instagram is still sorely missed. [Twitter via The Next Web]
