Over at Lifehacker, Gus has noted that K-Mart's selling off the Sony Xperia Mini X10 Pro for $99. It's an older phone, and one that JB HiFi's sold off cheap before. I can't say that I loved it when I tested it myself, but if you wanted a cheap Android handset for a budget-strapped relative, there are worse compact smartphones you could opt to buy.
