Before you ask, yes this is a real car, and yes it is roadworthy. It should also come as no surprise that it’s the work of a Dutch artist, Olaf Mooji, who must be smoking something reeeeaaal strong.
As it goes about its daily travels, a camera takes photos and video of its surroundings, which are then projected from inside the large cranial addition, making a pretty spectacular lightshow as you can see from our gallery.
