Olympus E-PL3 Will Cost $US700

I crave the flagship E-P3 like I’ve never craved a micro four thirds before, but at $US900/£800 I fear it’s something I’ll have to think over very carefully.

The next step down, the E-PL3, has just been priced at $US700 — a good two hundred notes cheaper, but is that inbuilt flash worth the extra cash? Not to mention the OLED touchscreen? Something to ponder when it goes on sale in September. [TechCrunch]
