Sean Harrington wasn’t your typical, run-of-the-mill thief. He stepped it up a notch and ran a shoplifting operation that took orders using text messages.

The 36-year-old man allegedly spent his days shoplifting items his clients requested via SMS. When arrested, his phone was chock full of orders for stolen merchandise. Shoes must be popular in Louisville, Kentucky – Rack Room Shoes thinks he stole almost $US600 worth of merchandise in a month. And rather than a trench coat or bag to smuggle out his goods, he shoved them down his pants.
