The Olympus LS-20M is a handheld HD video camera in the line of the deceased Flip.
It shoots 1080p, comes with a 2-inch LCD screen and looks sorta like what we thought futuristic technology would look like in the ’90s. Which isn’t bad, just a little more gaudy than necessary. One good thing: the LS-20M places a heavier focus on audio (it records at 24 bit/96 hHz in Linear PCM stereo sound) so you might actually get decent audio quality to match your videos. One bad thing: it’ll costs 300 bucks when it comes out in June. [Olympus via UberGizmo]
