Film Exposed To Booze Shows Bleary-Eyed Effects

I was only joking last week when I said I wanted to develop some film in vodka after seeing photos developed in lake water, but photographer Casey Holford beat me to the punch, by soaking his Kodak Ultramax roll of film into some rubbing alcohol for around 10 minutes before shooting on it.

The effects are as you'd expect - twisted colours, crazy spotting and a really smeary veil of haze. I can't see random bruises and horrible morning-after breath, but maybe film reacts differently to booze-exposure than humans do. [Casey Holford via Lomography via PetaPixel]
