According to Digitimes, the PlayBook shipments has been postponed by a month due to the heavy strain factories in Taiwan were facing thanks to the iPad 2. Digitimes wrote that "sources from touch screen panel makers also pointed out that PlayBook shipments were postponed for about a month from the original schedule due to a delay in software testing as well as shortage of touch panels because Apple already booked up most of the available capacity." The PlayBook has been available on a pre-order basis since the 22nd of March, and will ship April 19th. [Digitimes]
