HTC Sensation Gets Outed Early By Qualcomm And Vodafone

This morning, both Qualcomm and Vodafone slipped up and let specs fly early on the HTC Sensation, which is expected to be announced later today. First, Qualcomm confirmed the phone would have a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon chip, and then Vodafone dished the rest of the specs out on a product page:

The phone is said to have a 4.3-inch qHD Super LCD screen with 540×960 resolution, 4GB of internal storage and an 8MP camera with dual-LED flash (plus a forward-facing VGA camera.) Vodafone also confirmed the dual-core processer, and that it would run Gingerbread with the latest Sense UI slicked over.

With HTC holding a press conference in London at 8.30am EST (10.30pm AEST), could we be seeing this zippy new phone formally announced? Check out Qualcomm’s video explaining dual-core Snapdragon chips, below. [@Qualcomm_de via Engadget, Vodafone, SlashGear]
