So in one shot, you can record four different things, then when you play the video back it provides reference thumbnails that lets you quickly jump to a relevant point in the video. Considering the delay that can occur when you try to stop, then start recording again, this sounds pretty useful. Especially if you can export those individual segments as their own clip.
