NZ Developers Pitch In For Christchurch Earthquake Relief Efforts

If you still want to do your bit and donate to the Christchurch Quake appeal, spare a thought for a group of NZ app developers, who have created a website called appappeal. The website aims to donate 100 per cent of all profits from apps towards the Christchurch Earthquake appeal.

Over 30 selected apps are currently on sale till March 5, with all proceeds to be directed to victims of the recent quake disaster. I haven’t used any of these, but some of the apps look that like they could be fun include: a shoot-em-up app called Duck Shoot, a way of keeping organised with Homeroutines and a memory exercise game called Memory Matcher 2.

You can get updates about the appeal through their twitter feed #appappeal. [appappeal]
