The folks at iSuppli are saying that the aftermath of the Japanese earthquake could cause delays as Apple tries to meet demand for the iPad 2 - they've identified no less than five components of Apple's new tablet that are sourced in Japan, including DRAM, an electronic compass, touchscreen overlay glass and the system battery.
