Admit it, we’ve all been wondering about it too: Google’s continuing Android success and their growing market share brings up fond memories of the famous Microsoft vs Apple wars of the ’80s and ’90s. Too bad Apple don’t see it that way.
Business Insider has the scoop on what Apple Execs really think of Android, and rather than being worried about the growing acceptance of Android among users and developers, Apple have a distinctly positive spin on it:
While acknowledging the current success of Android, all three Apple executives noted that iOS’s competition vs. Android was not analogous to the Windows vs. Mac battle for several reasons, and that they believed fragmentation in Android was beneficial for Apple.
