The Victorinox Secure SSD, arriving this year for an undetermined price, packs scissors, a straight blade and that nail file/screwdriver combo that you so rarely use, along with a 256GB – and later in the year, 512GB – USB 2.0/eSATA II SSD. The drive has a 32-bit processor with hardware error correction, built-in encryption and an e-ink display that bears a label for the files the drive contains or how much space they’re taking up. There will also be 64GB and 128GB versions, for wusses.
But they are indeed small, as evidenced by this photo from CNET Asia.
So try not to sit on yours when you get it. [Uncrate]
