Rumour: HTC’s Scribe Tablet Will Measure 7 Inches And Be Announced In February

Next month, Barcelona will host the Mobile World Congress trade-show, where HTC will unveil their first Android tablet, the Scribe. So says flaky Digitimes, which has spoken to Taiwanese component manufacturers and sussed out it’ll measure 7-inches and run Honeycomb.
