Let’s Get Ourselves An R18+ Games Rating

On December 10 2010, the Attorneys-General from across the country will meet for the last SCAG meeting of the year. On the agenda is an issue close to many a Gizmodian’s heart – an adult classification for video games. And leading the charge to build public awareness for the issue are our friends and colleagues over at Kotaku.

Over the coming weeks, Kotaku will be driving the issue into the spotlight like a floating barrel in Alan Wake’s Energizer-powered torch beam. They’ll also be pushing for community involvement. If you want to try and make a change to the way games are classified in this country, make sure you follow the Kotaku campaign.
