Why was it, back in the late 1990s when I was hole-punching things on a regular basis, that the single-hole punch I used looked like some medieval torture device? Why couldn't it have been pretty and ergonomic and see-through?
The Transparent Punch, a concept by Kisang Yoon and Kyubok Lee, takes all of the guesswork out of single hole punching - just peer through the transparent top, line that sucker up and punch away. It's also just an all-around beautiful piece of design. I want it. No, I need it.
Actually, come to think of it, I'd be happy if I never had to use another three-ring binder again in my life. [Yanko]
