It took four months to get here, but Toshiba’s BW10 camcorder is better late than never, with its nine hours of waterproofed 1080p high-def video recording.
The BW10 is wrapped in a highlighter yellow rubber casing and packs in 10x digital zoom (no optical zoom), a 2-inch LCD screen, 5MP still photos, upload-to-YouTube button and external storage up to 64GB. It’s also Toshiba’s first waterproof camera, up to 2m, which is deeper underwater than I would ever want to go.
It’s available now for a very reasonable $299. Just think of all the weird stuff you could film underwater…
