Toshiba BW10 Rugged Sportscam Will Go Underwater For You

It took four months to get here, but Toshiba’s BW10 camcorder is better late than never, with its nine hours of waterproofed 1080p high-def video recording.

The BW10 is wrapped in a highlighter yellow rubber casing and packs in 10x digital zoom (no optical zoom), a 2-inch LCD screen, 5MP still photos, upload-to-YouTube button and external storage up to 64GB. It’s also Toshiba’s first waterproof camera, up to 2m, which is deeper underwater than I would ever want to go.

It’s available now for a very reasonable $299. Just think of all the weird stuff you could film underwater…
