With an incredibly easy to use interface and customisable appearance, Awesome Note almost wins the gong for productivity on appearance alone. But what really sets it apart is the fact it syncs wirelessly with both Evernote and Google Docs. If you don’t use either of those services, you can also sync your notes with your desktop over Bluetooth, meaning you’ll always have more than one copy of your task list.
There’s a lot of depth to both tasks and notes, with the ability to sort into folders, set alarms, inserting maps and images to notes, and passcode protection of your notes all standard features. At $5, its not the cheapest app in the App Store, but it’s certainly one of the most fully-featured note apps there, and given the versatility it gives you, makes your iPhone a much more useful productivity tool.
