The Flymount is made from glass-reinforced nylon and stainless steel, and is designed to withstand salt water and impacts. The mounting system supports the base of your camera, partially protecting it in the case that you faceplant. It’ll work with any camera with a standard tripod mounting point – including DSLRS – although really, if you need one of these you probably need a ruggedised camera as well.
