The MiniGuru Keyboard, which would’ve made typing quicker by keeping your fingers on the home row, has been scrapped. It seemed like a great idea but probably would have never taken off anyway given the complicated layers and modifier keys involved.
The people behind the MiniGuru keyboard are said to have “lost faith in being able to sell the initial production run”. Which is totally understandable, it’s pretty tough to beat the keyboard we use now and even tougher to change the habits we’ve developed with it. [UberGizmo]
