Motorola is accusing rival Huawei Technologies of conspiring with former employees to steal trade secrets, and it sounds like they've got a pretty good case.
Motorola claims that a staff engineer shared data regarding a new transceiver (among other Motorola tech) with the founder of Huawei. Documents detailing Motorola product specs and labelled as "confidential" were recovered in email correspondence from the engineer's computer. Huawei could have begun receiving intel as early as 2001. [Business Week]
