You Will Soon Be Able To Buy Vodafone Plans At 3 Stores

Looks like this whole Vodafone and Three merger is starting to heat up. On the back of Vodafone offering free calls to Three customers, Gus over at Lifehacker has gotten his hands on a Vodafone memo which states that as of July, customers will be able to sign up for Vodafone plans at Three retail stores.

The change will roll out first to a handful of stores, but then expand across the entire country. Naturally, the stores will be rebranded as 3 and Vodafone stores, although if they use the image above as their new logo, I’ll be expecting some hefty royalties…

According to Gus, the memo outlines the following as the first stores to combine the two companies under the one roof:

The first stores that will kick off are Airport West and Fountain Gate in Victoria and Elizabeth City in South Australia followed by Hurstville, Chatswood Westfield and Warringah Mall in NSW, Collins Street in Victoria, Norwood Plaza in South Australia and Hay Street in Perth.

All these recent changes are logical steps following the two telcos merger. It’ll be good to see where they take the company next…
