Win! One Of Five Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Ultra 500GB Portable HDDs

 title=
So your shiny new PC has a USB 3.0 capability, but your dodgy old laptop is stuck with USB 2.0. How do you connect a portable hard drive to take advantage of the extra speed on your PC, yet still work with your lappy? Quite the conundrum. Thankfully, Seagate has the GoFlex HDD system, with its interchangeable connections. And we’re giving away five drives this week on Giz.

We’ve got five GoFlex Ultra drives to give away, worth $140 each. They come standard with USB 2.0 cables, but you can swap them out with whichever type of cable you prefer – USB 3.0, eSATA, or FireWire 800. The drive also comes with pre-installed backup software, and will happily play nice with Macs as well as PCs.

To win one of the five hard drives, all you need to do is head back to the original competition post here and tell us in 25 words or less in the comments section, “What connection would you use on your GoFlex and why?”.

The five most original and entertaining entries will win a drive. Entries close Sunday night at 11:59pm. Good luck!
