Sony Cuts PS2 And PSP Price

Apparently price cuts are the new black for Sony. Following the PS3 Slim’s announcement and $200 price cut, the Japanese giant has apparently also dropped the price of the PS2 and the PSP.

Neither are as substantial a cut as the PS3, with the PSP now having an RRP of $279.95 (down $20) and the PS2 going for $159.95 RRP, a cut of $40.

Seriously – if anyone’s still whinging about backwards compatibility, just go out and buy a PS2 already… it’s certainly cheap enough.
