Google has decided to flex its massive search muscle into the Aussie real estate market, allowing users to search for a new house to buy or rent using Google Maps.
The sheer volume of listings is massive, as you can see from the pic above – every one of those little red dots is a house for sale or rent in Sydney. The search can leverage Google Maps’ strengths, like allowing you to check out the neighbourhood in Streetview, as well as browse all the key details of the property directly from the Maps interface.
