Last week when the US got the option for the built-in TV Tuner in the Dell Mini 10, we thought it was for the US only. We were right. But now it’s available for Australians, whether you want it or not.On the Dell ordering site, the price of the Mini 10 went up by $50 with the inclusion of the TV Tunere. There aren’t any details on what type of TV tuner it actually is though.
There’s also a whole heap of new customisation options for the Mini 10’s casing, from colours to different designs. For just $50 extra, I guess this isn’t a bad thing, but then again, the $749 price seems to be a limited time deal as well. Hopefully there’ll be an option to choose the TV tuner once the special’s over to cut costs, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
