Your Font Turns Your Handwriting Into A Font For Free

Rough Ball font.pngAll self-respecting geeks love a good font. And what better font could there be that having your own handwriting turned into something you can use on your computer? YourFonts.com will do exactly that – turning your handwritten scrawl into a font that can easily be downloaded and installed on your PC or Mac. Sure, it does involve a bit of work – you have to manually handwrite the alphabet, including special characters, onto a template then scan it back in and upload it again, but the end result is more than worth the effort. Not to mention the fact that the entire service is free.

The servers are struggling a bit at the moment thanks to Lifehacker’s post on their service, but persevere – Soon you too can be typing out handwritten letters whenever you want, without the pesky cramps you get from holding a pen for too long. Awesome.
