Fox And Apple Selling Special Edition X-Files: I Want To Believe iPods

9:09AM Matt Hickey | To celebrate the not-so-bad-but-really-not-great film The X-Files: I Want To Believe, Fox has partnered with Apple to release these special edition iPod Classics and iPod Nanos. The pair consist of a regular 80GB Classic and 8GB Nano but with nice portraits of Mulder and Sculley looking very serious and mysterious etched on the back. You can also have your name or a personalised message inscribed for free. But these collector’s items don’t come cheap, as you’ll be paying US$80 over the regular 80GB iPod Classic’s price and US$70 more for the Nano to show your fanboyism. Alien Video Uncovered: Real or Fake?

4:50AM Gizmodo US Edition | As you probably know, some guy claimed he had definitive proof of the existence of aliens. Apparently, this video is that proof. Proof that aliens exist (and that they are just a bunch of perverted Peeping Toms.) X-Files 2 Trailer Shows The Truth Is Hidden Somewhere In The Snow

3:46PM Nick Broughall | As much as I love the X-files, I sort of have the feeling that this movie is roughly 10 years too late. I mean, the last few seasons sucked without Mulder, and Agent Doggett will always be a T-1000 to me. This movie sort of seems like it’s just come out of the ether, unexplainably and without warning. Kind of like an X-File… Okay, I’m excited again. On a side note, am I the only person who hates the fact that it costs $30 for two people to go to the movies these days? And especially at the moment – what with Iron Man, Batman, Wall-E, Star Wars – The Clone Wars, The Incredible Hulk and Indiana Jones, that’s like… three… seven… carry the two… eleven… a lot of money.
