It’s one of the most popular online t-shirt stores, but just in time for the start of the Christmas shopping rush Threadless is testing a small number of vending machines throughout its hometown of Chicago.
No, that’s not a typo. One of the Internet’s most popular geeky t-shirt destinations has a T-Shirt that’ll cost you $US300,000 to own. Now that’s what I’d call a limited edition.

Tetris: it’s just good, clean fun, right? Wrong! You’ve actually been stacking Space Invader body parts like some intergalactic sicko all along. This is the game’s SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE moment, and you can wear it on a t-shirt. [TheDailyWh.at]
Just as I discover the $US45 TRON hoodie (a combination of my two favourite things short of “pork fornication”, which just sounds bad), I discover it’s sold out. Some t-shirt sizes are still available, however. [Threadless via TheDailyWhat via DVICE]
In a surprising but sensible partnership, Griffin will be adding Threadless designs to their iPhone cases. So far, only two models are available, and the going rate is $US35.
