Apparently, Target cashiers now play a “game” when checking people out at the register. The game scores you based on how fast you’re doing your job. This does not sound like a very fun game.
It isn’t much, but I have to give Target credit for trying yet another unique approach to gift cards. This time, they are attempting to make the card two gifts in one with remote control functionality.
Back in September when Apple refreshed its iPod lineup, there was a bit of disappointment and confusion around the Touch’s lack of a camera. Disappointment because it didn’t have a camera, and confusion because case manufacturers had shown off cases boasting a hole for a camera anyway. Seeing Wal-Mart spread across the U.S. in that video last month reminded me of a virus consuming mankind, but this Target one? Not so much. It’s not a perfect store, but it’s certainly no Wal-Mart.

Remember those knockoff 6-1 Chargepod chargers we showed you last week? A judge just granted a temporary restraining order to get Target to stop selling the unlicensed, unauthorised duplications.
