Leen Sadder, a design student, had to redesign the first thing she threw away after class. She ended up throwing away a toothbrush. She redesigned, hell, re-imagined the toothbrush as a twig. Apparently, it works well.
If you were a convenience store clerk faced with a robber wielding a comically large stick as a weapon, you probably wouldn’t think it was too comical. But after the fact, the security camera footage is pretty ridiculous.
These sticks, called Wood Stock, are like Pantone chips, but for wood. So if you’re clueless about wood like me, you’ll be able to tell the difference between beech and birch in no time.
