<p>It is not a mind-blowing upgrade, but there are definitely some useful tweaks in there. If you want to play around with it before it is expected to ship this April, Microsoft will make the Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 Beta available to everyone through a Customer Preview Program (CPP) starting on December 4th via <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dd262148.aspx">TechNet</a>.
