Remember when Foxconn got loose lips and started popping off about a certain Apple HDTV that’s in development? Seems like someone at Apple put the fear of god into its manufacturing partner, because all of a sudden, Foxconn is claiming that they had “neither confirmed, nor speculated” about any such thing.

Boeing’s Sonic Cruiser began its life almost a decade ago. At the end, its super-awesome supersonic design was replaced by the 787 Dreamliner’s super-boring super-quiet and super-efficient blueprint, which started construction in 2007. Many thought the project was cancelled, but apparently a secret team of Boeing engineers is still working on it.
Digg has been on a downward trajectory for some time, but now things seems to be getting worse. Rumours are circulating that the Washington Post is trying to hire the entire tech team from Digg, which would leave the aggregator site pretty much dead on its feet.
A slide supposedly leaked from an HP presentation revealing our first look at what might be HP’s first Windows 8 tablet. If you believe the slide obtained by Neowin the HP Slate 8 will be a 10.1-inch, 9.2mm thick, 1.5-pound tablet — in other words it has a slightly bigger screen but a slimmer body than the iPad.
