LogMeIn Ignition has always been a convenient way of accessing your files remotely from your iPhone or iPad, but it’s not exactly cheap, even when it’s on sale. That’s why we’re happy that LogMeIn has decided to launch a free iOS app, giving you remote access to your computers from iOS without the cost.
There’s plenty of ways to remotely access or control a PC from Android, but LogMeIn Ignition scores highly for its slick approach and especially ease of use.
The guys at LogMeIn have been busy. Since they launched their online collaboration tool Join.Me last year, they’ve updated their Ignition app a couple of times, and have this week launched a dedicated Join.Me app for iOS, letting users share screens and talk over VoIP on iOS devices.
