LG’s apparently feeling so confident about its Optimus Pad/G-Slate – despite not much evidence they should be – that they decided to go and make a promo video wherein a flying ninja kicks Steve Jobs in the face. Starts at around the 1:00 mark.
On paper, LG’s G-Slate (or Optimus Pad, in Europe), should convince me to finally buy a tablet. It’s running Android Honeycomb – check! Dual-core Tegra 2 chipset – check! 3D camera for video and photo trickery – check! So why did my experience with it just leave me… kinda chilly?
Add dual-core Tegra 2 innards to the list of things we now know about LG’s impending tablet, which is due in January in an 8.9-inch size. The leak came from an LG rep, who also said it’d run Honeycomb.
