It’s Official: HTC HD2 Coming To “Major US Carrier In Early 2010″

With a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen and 1GHz Snapdragon processor, the HD2 is probably the best poster child for WinMo 6.5. HTC has now confirmed it’s headed Stateside, and though no carrier was mentioned, rumours suggest it could be on T-Mobile.

Hopes may be dashed on that rumoured Android equivalent of the HD2. HTC’s CEO, Peter Chou, tells Forbes that “technically, we could make the HD2 an Android phone, but I have to take care of Windows Mobile.” Qué?
