When we told you about the online DVR service MyTVR back in December, it was strictly a PC/Mac/iPhone/Symbian/iPod Touch affair. Well, since then they’ve added Android support, and this week added the ability to watch recorded TV on your BlackBerry Bold.
RIM has already been moving away from the trackball to the trackpad, but this new image of a yet to be released device shows neither. All signs point to the first touchscreen BlackBerry Bold.
RIM had a lunch launching the BlackBerry Bold 9700 a couple of weeks ago, but I held off sharing because you couldn’t actually buy the phone yet. Well now you can as Telstra, Optus and Vodafone have all launched the handset.
When I tried to access Blackberry’s App World the other day, I got the above error message. But when our old mate Seamus tried it on his Bold, he got straight through, like his Bold was a Batphone and the App World was Commissioner Gordon’s office.
