RIM has already been moving away from the trackball to the trackpad, but this new image of a yet to be released device shows neither. All signs point to the first touchscreen BlackBerry Bold.
There’s gonna be an update for BlackBerry Bolds on AT&T later this afternoon that will add a download icon for visual voicemail, the ability to manually pick between 3G and 2G-only modes, and “general handset optimizations”.

When I tried to access Blackberry’s App World the other day, I got the above error message. But when our old mate Seamus tried it on his Bold, he got straight through, like his Bold was a Batphone and the App World was Commissioner Gordon’s office.
