Telstra Motorola Atrix Due For Gingerbread In September

Gizmodo AU

Over at Ausdroid, they’ve noticed that Telstra’s official support site for Android devices lists the Motorola Atrix as currently “undergoing testing” for its official Gingerbread release, due in September. Gingerbread’s been available for US Atrix owners since June, which actually means Telstra’s starting to speed up its approval processes — if it can indeed meet that September deadline. Those who can’t wait could always just root the Atrix in the meantime. [Telstra via Ausdroid]
