Canon recently announced its rather impressive 1D X DSLR. The photographic monster shoots 14FPS. Impressive right? Not according to the Canon F-1 from 1984.
We already know the Canon 1D X is going to be the most epic DSLR ever — and fast as hell. But reading that is nothing compared to seeing the machine gun continuous shooting mode in action. Pew.
There’s a lot of reasons the 1D X might be the most ridiculous DSLR ever made, but the numbers seem like a good place to start. A full-frame 18MP sensor. ISO 204,800. 12fps RAW shooting. 61-point autofocus. Three DIGIC image processors. One gigabit ethernet port.
