totally agree, got excited and bought it but regret purchase, controls pretty much make it unusable.

bigpond costs for up and down also… with no un-metered iview/xbox/tivo.

currently paying 100 bucks for 25 gig on cable.

if it wasn’t for the speed and reliability i wouldn’t be with them.
