You speak to someone in Sydney for Acer regardless of your support level.

Their call centre is in Homebush. I can definately say that Acer have better support than this in Australia. They may have slightly long wait times (7-10 minutes) but they speak real english…

Exactly what I was going to say. LucasArts have realised that this is another way to rake in millions from dead IP (read: Monkey Island XBLA) and I bet they are going to send a letter to ScummVM very soon saying something along the lines of this:
“Hey puny humans,
We know that ScummVM allows you to play your own purchased games on a number of devices and doesn’t really infringe on any copyrights, but we made another version and since it is our IP, if you have to stop distributing yours we will find a reason to sue you.

I wouldn’t go to virgin… Vodafone is expanding their coverage as we speak and is going to have the best coverage (and rates) in Aus by the end of August.

In case you didn’t know, 3 Mobile (Hutchison) is going under a merger process with Vodafone.

I had the opportunity of speaking to a vodafone rep recently who informed me that they would probably be keeping the ‘3′ brand name alive. Now that the iPhone 3GS has data encryption, it can more typically be marketed to businesses instead of blackberry. 3 Mobile was mainly a city based service previously (because of their lack of reception regionally) and hence only really suited to some businesses and city-folk. After the merger, 3 will have access to the same service and coverage that Vodafone have now (GSM 2100 in most cities and GSM 900 regionally).

To summarise, anything Vodafone has, 3 Mobile will have too.
