The first trailer for Dwayne Johnson’s non-Jumanji video game venture Rampage is basically what you’d get if Rise of the Planet of the Apes replaced a serum for intelligence with one that makes giant gorillas, and huge wolves run amok for seemingly no reason.

Based on the classic arcade game, Rampage stars Johnson as Davis Okoye, a sensitive primatologist who rescues an albino silverback gorilla named George because he just gets animals. He just gets them, ya know. Then, thanks to science, George becomes a 9m monstrosity smashing his way through Chicago, with other huge animals (including one big-arse crocodile) on his heels. Also, a giant wolf jumps into a helicopter. Did I fail to mention that part?
